Returns & Refunds


UK Returns excluding Channel Islands

If for any reason you are not happy with anything you have bought from us, simply return any unwanted item(s) within 28 days of the date of receipt and then place a new order for your desired product. For sale items, you have 14 days to return the products from date of receipt. We currently do not offer any exchanges.

How to return:

Step 1: Simply fill out the returns form in your package with details on what you are returning and code for the reason of return. If you do not have a copy then you can download the returns form here. Pop that inside the parcel with your item(s).

Step 2: Peel off the pre-paid returns label and stick it on the front of your parcel or go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/4887 to create your FREE returns label. Attach the label to the outside of your package. Please make sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels on the packaging.

Step 3: Take the package to the post office counter to get your tracking number for proof of postage. Remember to retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed that we have received your item(s).

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via the Post Office. We strongly advise you retain the proof of postage receipt as we do not take responsibility for any returns that go missing in transit.

Also, any unauthorised returns may be returned to the sender. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Love You All. Failure to return goods other than via Royal Mail Special Delivery does not affect your statutory rights.

Step 4:  Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days (during busy periods this may vary). Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to post to your account, as each bank’s processing times varies.

Items returned without original packaging or tags, if applicable, will not be refunded.

International Returns

If you live outside of the UK, you have 35 days from the date of receipt to return full priced items. For sale items, you have 21 days from the date of the receipt to return your items.

We currently do not offer returns for international orders so you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracking and insured postal service and keeping hold of the proof of postage as we cannot responsibility for loss or damage during transit. Please be aware that we will not refund the original shipping charges in any instance other than an item being proved to be faulty or if the order is cancelled.

Once we have received the item back in sellable condition including in its original packaging and all tags attached, we can refund your order. Items returned without original packaging or tags, will not be refunded. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days (during busy periods this may vary). Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the credit to post to your account, as each bank’s processing times varies.

Note: Custom and tax policies vary by country and we do not control the customs and taxes countries impose on orders. For additional details regarding custom and tax policies in your area we recommend reaching out to your country’s taxation and customs department.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed in 10 working days and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment in 3 to 5 working days after your confirmation email.

Please be very careful when trying products on. Ensure not to leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange a refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains. Alongside this, all original tags and labels must not be removed as this will result in your refund being refused.

If you find that your product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with images on enquiries@loveyouall.co.uk and we will advise you accordingly.

If you have not received your refund after 5 workings, please check your original payment before contacting us directly to confirm that no payment has been received from us.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer any exchanges.

If you require another size, colour or style, you will need to follow the returns procedure for a refund and then place a new order.
